We hope that you love your BFloral purchase. However, if for any reason your order is not as expected you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and return your goods undamaged and in the original condition, at your cost, for a full refund (not including any shipping costs paid). 

If for any reason you need to return your order, please email info@bfloral.co.za and we will assist you. 

Refunds (or replacements if applicable)

If for any reason your products are damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible following delivery. It will help if you take some pictures of the damage,
and we will refund/replace your product at our discretion.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BFloral, 1 River Street, Houghton, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2198.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item because you choose to cancel your order after receiving the product, we recommend shipping using a fragile service,
to ensure that the flowers are returned to us in perfect condition. You should also consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
